How to make an order?
There are two options:
By phone: +7 (812) 643-4-643 from 09:30 till 17:30 on weekdays
Tell us what you want to order, and shipping address. Our operator will be glad to answer any questions you may have

After ordering you will receive a letter on your mail with the order confirmation. After a while the operator will contact you to agree on the order and the delivery time, if necessary, it will be possible to make any changes.
Important:
1. if the operator isn't able to reach you by the phone, SMS or email, the order will be cancelled!
2. if confirmation of your order didn't come to mail or the operator didn't call, contact us on ph. +7 (812) 643-4-643. It could mean that the order haven't been registered!
Terms and time of delivery
Delivery of orders takes place onece a week on TUESDAYS, from 14:00.
Orders for next TUESDAY should be registred till 12.00 WEDNESDAY this week.

Delivery of MEAT and POULTRY is carried out only on Tuesdays.
- If you order weight goods price is for 1 kg. At formation of your order product will be packaged in the range you specified weight. The exception would be poultry carcasses. Their weight we will find out when we receive them. For you we can specify the final cost of the order in day of delivery.
How can I get my order?
Our courier will deliver your order to your home or office, on the day of delivery from 14:00. Do not forget to mention your convenient time during the ordering process.
Courier comes to the address in specified by you time interval (unless something special happens on the roads of our native city). For 1 hour, he will call you and warn you about his visit, so you don't need to sit and wait.
