Take large even potatoes, wash them thoroughly, do not peel them. Depending on potatoes size, make 4 or 5 incisions on each without cutting potatoes in halves. Put thin slices of bacon in the incisions. Put potatoes on a pan, oil them and add salt. Put the pan into a pre-heated oven and bake for about 40 min. Cover par-cooked potatoes with sour-cream mixed with seasonings and garlic. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

Chicken breast, sausage or cheese can be used instead of bacon. If you put cheese with a slice of butter into the incisions, potatoes will become softer.
