Ingredients:
200 g cooked potatoes
½ cup sugar
¾ cup nuts
1 lemon
100 g butter
3 eggs
Salt
Sugar powder
Whip slightly heated butter with salt, sugar and grated lemon skin. While whipping, add eggs, crushed slightly fried nuts and diced potatoes. Spread the mixture 2 cm thick on a baking dish and bake in medium heat for 40-50 min. Cool the dish, cut it into separate cookies and cover them with sugar powder.
