Ingredients:
Products (for 6 portions)
Young potatoes - 1 kg
Chicken - 1 piece.
Marinade:
Soy sauce - 70 g
Honey - 1-2 tsp
Garlic - 2 cloves
Stuffing:
Onions - 1 piece.
Garlic - 2 cloves
White mushrooms - to taste
Parsley and fennel - to taste
Beans - 250-300 g
Preparation:
1. Make a marinade for chicken: mix the honey and soy sauce, add the chopped garlic, black pepper to taste. Place the chicken in a plastic bag, pour the marinade and wait one hour.
2. Make stuffing: finely cut onions, fry, add the mushrooms, garlic, herbs and boiled beans (can be canned)
3. Take chicken from the bag, do a cut over buttocks, hook a skin with fingers and try to reach blades. Rub the chicken with garlic under the skin , salt a little and insert a few pieces of butter under the skin (I put two on the edge and one in the center)
4. Stack chicken on a baking sheet, stuff with a stuffing, pinch with a toothpick. Potatoes are salt, sprinkled with oil, mixed well and should be laid around the chicken. If there is remaining stuffing you can lay it on potatoes.
5. Stuffed chicken should be sprinkled with oil, so you had a crust, and baked in the oven with potatoes for half hour at 220 degrees.
Serve the roast chicken with potatoes hot. Bon appetit!
