500g. Zucchini and 0.5 tsp salt
100ml. seed oil
3ts vinegar (preferably wine or apple)
2 ts honey
2-3 cloves of garlic, ground black pepper, fresh herbs
1. Prepare all ingredients. If zucchini is young , it can be prepared without peeling. Using peeler cut the zucchini into thin stripsand put in a deep bowl.
2. Add salt, stir and leave for 30 minutes to let the zucchini juice. Prepare the marinade. Garlic shoud be passed through the press, mix with vegetable oil, honey, vinegar, pepper and chopped herbs.
3. After 30 minutes merge the formed liquid from zucchini wringing out by means of hands. Fill in with marinade, stir. Put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. During this time, you can stir a couple of times.
