Ratatouille

Ingredients:

1. Zucchini - 2-3 pieces

2. Aubergine - 2 pieces medium

3. Tomatoes - 3-4 pieces

4. Fresh potatoes - 300-400g

5. Onions - 2 heads

6. Garlic - 2-3 cloves

7. Herbs (thyme, oregano)

8. Extra virgin olive oil

9. Salt and pepper - to taste

 

 

Preparation:

Cut the aubergines into slices. Next you need to salt them and let stand for about 20 minutes. Thus aubergines lose bitterness. After 20 minutes, rinsed aubergines.Zucchini, tomatoes, potatoes and onions are also cut into slices.Grease the form with oil and place vegetables, alternating aubergines tomatoes, onions, zucchini and potatoes.Sprinkle vegetables with salt, pepper, herbs and garlic.Bake the dish in the oven at 180-190 C, until the potatoes are soft. At this point, auberginy and zucchini should be lightly browned. The crisp can add to a dish a special savory. It is possible to receive a crisp over vegetables having strewed a ready dish with crackers and grated cheese and baking until the formation of a golden crust
