
Per serving:
½ cup whole milk
2 potatoes
1 tablespoon butter½ eggs
Peel and wash potatoes, add a cup of cold water and cook until potatoes get soft. Separate the broth, mash potatoes. Mix mashed potatoes with the broth and milk, add salt and cook once more. Add egg yolk mixed with butter before serving. Egg yolk can be replaced with carrot juice.
